Our mission

At a typical practice, one in five calls goes unanswered — early mornings, lunch breaks, after hours. Every missed call is a lost patient. MediVox is an AI phone assistant that answers calls 24/7, books appointments into Google Calendar, and hands the conversation to a live staff member whenever needed.

We work with healthcare data, so trust is not an afterthought: full GDPR compliance from day one, an AI disclosure at the start of every call, an EU data center (Hetzner), AES-256 encryption, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every provider.
